Scout Cloud (“we”) is an agentic trading desk app operated by Girth Capital. This policy explains what data the app may process.
What we process
Account & identifiers — Apple ID / sign-in tokens; broker OAuth account IDs when you connect a platform.
Financial info (broker-linked) — balances, holdings, and order metadata from your connected agentic broker, used only to run the desk.
Device data — local preferences (Easy Auto, armed formulas) stored on-device.
What we do not do (MVP)
We do not sell your data for ads or run third-party ad tracking in MVP.
We do not hold your cash or securities — orders route through your broker.
We do not store broker passwords; OAuth/scoped tokens only when you connect.
Control & deletion
Disconnect a broker in-app to stop new broker reads. Clear app data / delete the app to remove on-device prefs. Request deletion via Support or email support@scoutcloud.app.
